Had an awesome time with friends! The Pool & Cabana Club was a perfect spot to chill, and we also enjoyed a fun day at the nearby arcade. Just a heads-up, the pool can get crowded, so plan accordingly. Definitely grab a spot early to enjoy the vibes!

Had a disappointing moment when housekeeping left our door open after cleaning. We were worried about our belongings, but thankfully, nothing was missing.

Parking hits your wallet hard, with a $75 daily fee that feels outrageous when you factor in the crowded street parking. The elevators are a bit of a letdown, often cramped and outdated, turning simple trips frustrating. Lack of basic amenities like a coffee maker in the room adds to the disappointment, especially with high room rates that didn’t match the quality. The bathroom had some maintenance issues. the slow-draining sink and exhaust fan were annoying. Also, the noise between rooms could disrupt your peace, giving it more of a motel feel than upscale.
